ONE-SHOT CREATION CONTEST

In this season of laughter and smiles, your resident Bisdak friends here at Scribbtoons is proud to present.

PARTUM : One-Shot Creation Contest

This is a one-shot comic creation contest that is open to all Filipino artists.

CONTEST RULES:

  1. Contest is open to all professional and non-professional artists in the industry and must be a resident of Philippines.

  2. Contest is open to all ages.

  3. One-Shot Comics/manga must be at least 20 pages, it can be of any genre and of any theme, colored or gray scaled, but it cannot be of pornographic content.

  4. Entries must be 100% ORIGINAL. Any characters, plot, and story line that borrows inspiration from existing franchises (parody, spin-off) will not be accepted.

  5. The size of the comic/manga will be maximum of 1200 pixels in width and 5000 pixels in height per page, resolution is 150 dpi and in jpeg or png format. Take note that the comic/manga is read from top to bottom, storytelling style will matter.

  6. Contestant must be a scribbtoon.com member by registering at the website, and must email scribbtoons@gmail.com that he/she is joining the contest.

  7. After the email confirmation, the contestant will receive specific instructions on how to upload the one-shot comic/manga on the website.

*** Failure to comply with the rules will be disqualified from the judging process but will still be published on the scribbtoons.com website. ***

STORY - 35%
ART STYLE - 35%
PEOPLE'S CHOICE - 30%

People's Choice Mechanics:

  1. The winner of the "People's Choice" will be picked by the number of views and likes on scribbtoons.com website. To like the contestants’ one-shot comic/manga, one must be a member of scribbtoons.com

  2. The contestant can share it on the contestants’ Facebook page to gather more views and likes on the website, but Facebook likes WON'T COUNT. Likes and views must be on scribbtoons.com

PRIZES:

Champion

  • Winner will receive a Cash Prize of 5,000 PHP and a chance to continue and publish their stories with the assistance of Scribbtoons.


People's Choice

  • Winner will receive a T-Shirt Merchandise, Comics and a chance to continue and publish their stories with the assistance of Scribbtoons.
